TV presenter AJ Odudu has said she will choose another Strictly Come Dancing contestant, Judi Love, to play her in a biopic.
The duo will both take to the dance floor on Saturday night to perform movie-themed routines for Movie Week.
Odudu, 33, who topped the table with 65 points after scores from the first two live shows were combined, will perform an American sweet against Whitney Houston. I have nothing of The bodyguard with her dance partner Kai Widdrington.
When asked who she would like to play her in a film about her life, Odudu replied: “Judi Love, it must be Judi! She is loud, she has great energy, she does not take herself too seriously.
“I just think that’s the reason for life. Life is too short not to just smile!”
For her role in the movie of her dreams, she said that she would like to play Shrek or Olaf from Frozen, adding: “My nieces love them!”
TV presenter Love has stated that she would like Whoopi Goldberg to play her in a movie, and vice versa, she would like to play the classic Goldberg character in Sister act, Deloris Van Cartier.
She said: “When I saw the movie when I was a kid, I just felt it was me! I saw myself putting on a nun’s hat and people wondering if I was really a nun!
“The way she took other nuns and children out of their comfort zones is what I do.”
The Cowardly Women star added that Sister act was her favorite movie, saying, “It’s timeless, you can watch it with kids and adults, it’s just a great family movie that feels good and brings everyone together.”
Love will perform a charleston for When you are nice to mom by Queen Latifah and Taye Diggs of Chicago with her dance partner Graziano Di Prima.
Actor Greg Wise will take the stage on Saturday as 007 as he dances the James Bond-themed paso doble with partner Karen Hauer.
Discussing which movie character he would most like to play, he said: “It must be James Bond, because you’re in a nice tuxedo and it’s James Bond!”
However, he confessed that his favorite movie was Sense and sensitivity, where he played John Willoughby, because that’s where he met his wife Emma Thompson.
Come dance strictly airs on BBC One Saturdays at 6:45 p.m.
